What We Offer

Planted Seed Ministries Inc., strives to help men who have been diagnosed with a mental health and substance abuse disorder and maybe homeless, transition from incarceration back into society in Northwest Indiana.


Most of our clients are in a pretrial program , on probation or parole,  and have violated their court agreement due to substance abuse, untreated mental illness or homelessness.  If you have questions about our services, please reach out to us.

Referrals for Housing and Services

All “Eden House” participants at the time of applying must be in the process of being placed in a pretrial program, specialty courts, or a probation or parole violator due to mental illness, substance abuse or homelessness. They will need to be supervised by the court and or probation/parole for the first 30 days.


Plea agreements are also welcomed. The level of supervision needed will be decided after all assessments have been completed.

Referrals will be accepted by:

  • Probation and Parole Officers
  • Court Staff 
  • Attorneys
  • Electronic court monitoring agencies 
  • Re-entry Staff in Prisons and Jails
  • Inpatient Treatment Facilities

Housing Fees 

All participants will be required to pay a nonrefundable program fee of $300.00 upon entry. This program fee will be utilized to ensure that all necessities are provided for the first few weeks. Additional housing fees will be discussed with the referring agent after the initial assessment.
